View from the end of Platform 1 at Brighton Station, which conveniently curved round there on the line towards Hove. The Marsh I3 class 4-4-2T No. 32078 was built 11/1910 and withdrawn 1/51. Even after electrification of most of the SR Central Section, Brighton (coded 75A under BR(SR) remained its principal Depot with a 1950 allocation of 60 steam locomotives.
