DescriptionBreda 5234 at south platform of Convention Place station in 2000.jpg
Seattle Metro Transit 5234, the second-to-last of 236 Breda-built dual-mode buses built for Metro in 1988–1991, at the southernmost platform of Convention Place station of the Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel, in 2000. It was at the end of an inbound trip on route 194 (its destination sign reads "194 To Conv. Pl."). No. 5234 had been repainted, circa the late 1990s, into Metro's 1995-adopted paint scheme (the teal version). A few years after this photo, in 2006, it was converted from dual-mode configuration to trolleybus-only configuration and renumbered 4258.
