Summary

Description
English: Brazilian warships underway, heading northwards in formation, during the so-called "Lobster War" with France, in 1961. Visible are (top to bottom):
  • destroyer Pernambuco (D30), ex-USS Hailey (DD-556);
  • destroyer Paraná (D29), ex-USS Cushing (DD-797);
  • light cruiser Tamandaré (C12), ex-USS St. Louis (CL-49);
  • destroyer Pará (D27), ex-USS Guest (DD-472);
  • destroyer Paraiba (D28), ex-USS Bennett (DD-473).
