English: Edition Carrefour, Paris 1933. Edition Carrefour was a publishing house of Willi Münzenberg and belonged to the Communist party of Germany. The book appeared shortly before the beginning of the Reichstagsbrandprozess, in which the Nazis wanted to prove the causation of the fire through members of left wing parties. Emigrated left wing politicians refuted in this book the attempt to put the blame on left wing parties. The date of the Reichstags-Fire is very eminent because after this the civil liberties were suspended and the dictatorship installed.
