Summary

Description Keyboard for creating type from molten lead in the printing gallery at Bradford Industrial Museum, Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. 53.48'.40".N; 1.43'.16".W. One of the last newspapers to use this machine in the UK was the Faversham News until the early 1980s. This machine filled the air with lead fumes, and it was noisy.
