It was designed by CRS (Caudill Rowlett Scott Partnership. Behind it are Independence Plaza North (left) and Independence Plaza South (right) at 310 Greenwich Street between Duane and North Moore Streets, which were built in 1975 and designed by Oppenheimer, Brady & Vogelstein.
