This part of the wood bears the name Rehberge. Darß Forest belongs to the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park (Nationalpark Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft).
Deutsch: Typischer Waldkiefern (Pinus sylvestris)-Bestand im Darßwald bei Born a. Darß, Landkreis Vorpommern-Rügen, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Deutschland. Dieser Teil des Darßes trägt den Namen Rehberge. Am Weststrand des Darßes trifft der Darßwald – Teil des Nationalparks Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft – direkt auf die Ostseeküste. Beständig ändert sich die Küstenlinie, regelmäßig stürzen dabei Bäume ins Meer. Das ständige Werden und Vergehen bietet immer wieder neue, teils spektakuläre Anblicke.
