Im Buch wird interpretiert, dass es sich um eine Abbildung von "Fellatio" handelt. Da es keine weitere Quelle für diese Interpretation gibt und es sich hier zudem um eine Standardszene (Gattin beweint ihren verstorbenen Ehemann, vgl. de:Mundöffnungsritual) aus dem Totenbuch des Neuen Reiches handelt, kann man von einer Fehlinterpretation der Pschyrembel-Autoren ausgehen.
