Description	Front book cover of the third German-English edition of "Tafeln / Tables: Summen-, Produkt- und Integraltafeln / Tables of Series, Products, and Integrals", commonly known as "Gradshteyn and Ryzhik", translated by Ludwig Boll, published by Verlag MIR Moscow and licensed by Verlag Harri Deutsch in 1981. This is a continuation and translation of an originally Russian work by Jossif Moissejewitsch Ryshik, first published in 1943 in Russia, and later maintained by Israil Solomonowitsch Gradstein, Juri Weneaminowitsch Geronimus and Michael Juljewitsch Zeitlin.

Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The specified article is specifically about this work (all editions in any languages) and the uploaded cover image is intended to be used to identify the third German-English edition and illustrate its beautiful cover artwork. There is no other (graphical) way to do that. Scans of the same cover art are publicly used by various online book stores to identify the work even for commercial purposes (which we do not intend in Wikipedia). This particular edition is no longer sold for more than 40 years (as of now). Both, the original Russian publisher (MIR) and the distributor to West-Germany and Switzerland (Verlag Harri Deutsch) no longer exist for a long time as well, so the usage of the image in this particular Wikipedia article cannot negatively influence direct sales in any way (and, by helping to preserve the memory about this book, could only improve sales of used samples of this book). The uploaded file has a reduced resolution and is compressed for usage on the web.
