About me
I'm a hobbyist photographer from Venezuela. I'm more or less interested in all photographic genres but I'm uploading only little of my work on Wikimedia Commons.
Re-using my photos
The pictures I upload to Wikimedia Commons are licensed under a free Creative Commons-License (CC 3.0 DE or CC 4.0). However, these licenses have some requirements to be met if you want to re-use the photos (attribution is just one of the requirements but not the only one). I think that it's a matter of respect to comply with the license terms when using a photographer's work. However, it's also a copyright infringement not to observe them. Please read the respective license carefully before re-using any of my photos. If you have any questions regarding license requirements, please do not hesitate to contact me by leaving a message on my email info@jjxfile.com or DM on my instagram account @JJxFile .
This work is free and may be used by anyone for any purpose. If you wish to use this content, you do not need to request permission as long as you follow any licensing requirements mentioned on this page.
The Wikimedia Foundation has received an e-mail confirming that the copyright holder has approved publication under the terms mentioned on this page. This correspondence has been reviewed by a Volunteer Response Team (VRT) member and stored in our permission archive. The correspondence is available to trusted volunteers as ticket #2019080510007514.
to share – to copy, distribute and transmit the work
to remix – to adapt the work
Under the following conditions:
attribution – You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.
share alike – If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same or compatible license as the original.
