Boeing KC-97G Stratofreighter 53-816. Aircraft retired to MASDC Dec 17, 1965. Returned to service Mar 26, 1970. Converted to KC-97L. On Mexican civil registry as XA-PII operated by AeroPacifico Inc under contract for Bimbo Bread Corp. Was sitting in unflyable condition at Tucson IAP. Purchased by Berlin Airlift Historical Foundation to provice spares for 52-2718 N117GA. After useful parts are removed, the remainder will be scrapped. |
