1. Used in infobox for the album
2. A low resolution album cover image
3. Is only as much resolution as necessary.
4. Image is derived from a scan by http://www.queenpicturehall.com/ (the creator of this digital version is irrelevant as the copyright in all equivalent images is still held by the same party). Copyright held by the record company. Claimed as fair use regardless.
5. Entire front cover is used.
6. The image illustrates and confirms the visual appearance of the album in an article whose subject and title is the same.
7. No copyright free image has been found and any derivative would still be subject to copyright.
8. This image and others like it are already widely distributed to identify the album as part of music reviews and biographical catalogs and reviews, so I believe I degrade no market value by providing it here.
