English: Original shield of arms drawn for the city of La Flèche (Sarthe, France), drawn by D'Hozier under the reign of Louis XIV, while the official one was drawn for the Officer Corps of said city. City which, in 1961, chose the second shield over this one for itself.
Français : Blason original de la ville de La Flèche (Sarthe, France), dessiné par D'Hozier sous Louis XIV, tandis que le blason actuel de la commune fut attribué au Corps d'Officiers de la ville. La municipalité, en 1961, choisit le second blason au lieu de celui-ci. |
