English: Entering the Blackwall Tunnel Northbound
This was taken from the passenger seat of a car going northbound on the A102 at about 30mph. The black and yellow pendulums are intended to prevent overheight vehicles getting in, but amazingly they still manage to get in from time to time. It then causes utter chaos for hours and for miles around.
