Historic District consists of 6 buildings: Abel Jeans Manor House, Blacks Mill and horse stable, outhouse, other structures. Also: ancient limestone quarries now overgrown and home to wildlife; and restored kilns, Mill was renovated by architects of White House during Kennedy Administration. District comprises several private residences on Upper Pike Creek Road.
