Colors are red, orange, black, blue, green, and white; middle is black twill, long edges are selvedge; ends could have been knotted fringe, corners still intact but rest has come out; small area 2 1/2" x 1 1/4" where warp threads have broken 12 1/2" from long side 36 1/2" from end; different dye lots in black weft; small mended holes in black center toward on side 3/8" x 1/4" corner tears 7/8" apart; looks like it has caught on something while folded in half; - Belonged to Carah Harrison of Noblesivlle IN, a friend of Wiliam Conner's. |
