DescriptionBirdbath Commemorating Baroness Mount Temple.jpg
English: This birdbath with statue dates from ca1900; it is made from granite and local grey limestone. It has a round granite bowl on a baluster stem with a moulded foot. A cylindrically moulded plinth in the centre of the bowl supports a small, naturalistic statue of Georgina, Baroness Mount Temple, the art collector, who lived at the house in Beach Road now called the Babbacombe Cliff Hotel. It is Grade II-listed. The statue depicts the baroness with a small bird perched on the left hand.
