Description
English: Mountain Lake, 13 by 19 in (33 by 48 cm) oil on paper sketch of Mount Spalding, Colorado, as seen over Lower Chicago Lake. Mount Spalding is part of the Mount Evans Massif, also known as the Chicago Peaks. Although the painting is vertically exaggerated, it is otherwise accurate enough to infer the location of the artist's easel to within 100 m (300 ft).
