Description Copy engraving portrait of Sir Bevil Grenville (1596-1643), inscribed: "Sr. Bevil Grenvill An(n)o D(omi)ni 1636 aetatis suae 40" ("AD 1636 in the year of his age 40"). Portrait by Robert Cooper, stipple engraving, probably early 19th (sic, NPG) (17th.?) century (1636); 11 1/4 in. x 8 1/8 in. (286 mm x 207 mm) paper size. National Portrait Gallery, London.
