English: Beragh County Tyrone. Beragh is a small village approximately eight miles from Omagh with a population of around 600.
One of the first references to the village was on a plantation map of Ireland of 1609 and, with a rich historical tradition and many natural attributes, Beragh is a thriving street village where the economy is mainly agriculture based.
