Description Caricature of President Benjamin Harrison, as a very short person, with large head, seated at a desk, wearing the big hat of his grandfather William Henry Harrison, also a president. On a bust perches Secretary of State James G. Blaine, shown as a raven, presumably croaking "Nevermore." Harrison and Blaine were at odds over the proposed McKinley Tariff.
