DescriptionBell Common Cricket Ground - geograph.org.uk - 1213146.jpg
English: Bell Common Cricket Ground This cricket club claims to be unique in the world in its ground being over a motorway tunnel. The tunnel was built in cut-and-cover and the surface restored: see http://www.iht.org/motorway/m25papers3.htm . The damaged surface in the foreground appeared to be the result of water main laying in winter 2008/9 that would hopefully be restored for the next cricket season!
