This photo is from Railway Preservation Society of Ireland; Irish Transport Trust (1979) Gone but not forgotten: Belfast trams 1872-1954 where no author indicated. The photo has been discussed at Belfast Forum but no other information seems to be possible to establish besides that it is indeed Royal Avenue in Belfast at early 1920's.
