ABC Television. During the 1950s and 1960s, sometimes the television networks, studios and program sponsors used either publicity or advertising agencies to distribute publicity material. In this case, ABC used the Bureau of Industrial Service, which was a division of advertising agency Young & Rubicam to do the job.
