English: Looking west down the Rockaway Freeway at Beach 108th Street near the Beach 105th Street subway station in Seaside / Rockaway Beach, Queens. The freeway is notoriously dangerous, as it lacks sidewalks, and runs under the IND Rockaway Line subway's narrow rows of concrete beams for most of it's length. At this point, the freeway diverges from the railroad and curves north towards Beach Channel Drive.
Edit: To the right is a former LILCO coal gasification plant.
