Barnsley Cemetery, on Cemetery Road, Barnsley, South Yorkshire. The two Gothic Revival chapels were designed by Perkin & Backhouse, completed in 1861, and demolished in 1983. The arcade between them survives. The arcade, the mortuary and lodge, and the gateway, are Grade II listed structures. Showing cemetery gateway arch, viewed from north, i.e. from the road. |
