English: Barden Tower What was a rather splendid hunting lodge built by Henry Clifford, the Shepherd Lord of Skipton Castle. It was destroyed in the 16th century but later rebuilt by Lady Anne Clifford in the 17th century. The Lodge is now a ruin but the Priest House, part of which can be seen right of picture, is still occupied and serves as a restaurant.
