Description
English: Banner of the Russian Airborne Troops Commander-in-Chief.
Русский: Штандарт командующего Воздушно-десантными войсками. Учрежден приказом Министра обороны Российской Федерации от 10 июня 2000 г. № 290 «Об учреждении штандарта командующего Воздушно-десантными войсками».

Полотнище штандарта квадратное, белого цвета. В центре каждой стороны полотнища в медальоне голубого цвета – эмблема Воздушно-десантных войск. Медальон окаймлен золотым венком из лавровых листьев. От центра к углам каждой стороны полотнища расходятся лучи сине-красного цвета: синего цвета – к боковым краям полотнища, красного – к верхнему и нижнему. Ширина лучей по краям полотнища равна 1/4 его ширины. Ширина венка равна 1/2 ширины полотнища.

Размер стороны полотнища (без бахромы) – 110 см.
