The photo was provided by Bedford-Lemere "Bedford Lemere & Co was established by Bedford Lemere (1839-1911) in London in the 1860s. The firm undertook commissions from architects, builders, owners, interior decorators and furnishers. Lemere's son Henry (Harry) Bedford Lemere (1865-1944) joined the firm in 1881 and his work sealed the company's reputation as being the foremost architectural photographers of the period." It's not known whether Harry Bedford-Lemere took this photo or not-it's only credited to the company. |
