Description
English: A signal box that hosted one of the lever frames at the Dresden-Neustadt railway station. After 107 years of service, the mechanical system was shut down when a new computer-based interlocking system went into service on August 22nd, 2008. The text says: "After 107 years: It's now quitting time!! Friday, August 22nd, 2008."
Deutsch: Aufschrift an einem der Gebäude, das eines der mechanischen Stellwerke des Bahnhofs Dresden-Neustadt beherbergte. Mit der Inbetriebnahme des Elektronischen Stellwerks am 22. August 2008 wurden die 107 Jahre zuvor in Betrieb genommenen mechanischen Stellwerke außer Betrieb genommen.
