Summary

Description	English: Badge of 51st Lithuanian Infantry Regiment from 1909. A gold wreath tied with a gold ribbon, on which it is written: “51 пех. Литовск. полк". A Caucasian black cross with a gold rim and swords is superimposed on the wreath. The cross under the gold Imperial crown, in the centre, is the monogram of the Heir to the Tsarevich and Grand Duke Alexei Nikolaevich, and at the ends - the monograms of the Emperors Alexander I, Nicholas II and anniversary dates: "1809-1909". All inscriptions are in gold. The Caucasian cross recalls the regiment's participation in the conquest of the Caucasus.
