Summary
| Description |
English: Along the abandoned train path of the old funicular from Bad Ragaz to Wartenstein there are also two tunnels. This one is 51 meters long and located shortly after the middle of the line. It is easy to walk on. The second tunnel Wartenstein near the upper terminus is only 21 m long, but it flows a little water through it. Unfortunately, after that second tunnel the route is impenetrable as a jungle, and I had to change to the right on a footpath. Too bad that no one had the idea to convert this train path into a real hiking trail. Bad Ragaz, Switzerland, Oct 24, 2011. |
