Toll, Superintendent, Yellowstone National Park, National Park Service; Daniel G. Galicia, Mexico Forest Service (Department of Game and Forestry), Mexico City; Conrad L. Note: Six days after this photograph was taken (February 25, 1936) Roger W. Toll and George M. Wright were tragically killed in an automobile accident about seven miles east of Deming, New Mexico. Frank “Boss” Pinkley, Superintendent, Southwest Parks and Monuments, National Park Service, was appointed to the commission, but due to other duties in Washington, D.C., was unable to accompany the survey party.
