English: Auchterless railway station (site), Aberdeenshire Opened in 1857 by the Banff Macduff & Turriff Junction Railway, later part of the Great North of Scotland Railway, on the line from Inveramsay to Macduff, this station closed to passengers in 1951 and completely in 1966.
View east at the former forecourt. Behind the building was the platform, left for Turriff and Macduff, right for Fyvie and Inveramsay. The road sign also shows that the station was 3 miles from Auchterless.
