Data for the soft X-ray part (energies below 5 keV) is taken from CXRO [1] (Center for X-ray optics at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory). Data for the hard X-ray part (energies above 5 keV) is taken NIST [2] (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
