This image is fair use for the article Athena and Phevos, which discusses the 2004 Athens Olympic Games mascots. This image of the Athena and Phevos has no free alternative and, as a logo, will never be available in a free format. The Athena and Phevos and Olympic mascot articles primarily discuss a set of graphical images and how they look, so is best informed by including said graphical images. The picture is low resolution and does not deprive the copyright holder from making a profit.
