I ( -Panser Born- (talk) ) believe this image qualifies for fair use in the Sol-fa article because:

1. No free equivalent is available or could be created that would adequately give the same information.
2. The image, used here on the non-profit Wikipedia to illustrate the album cover of the album Sol-fa, is highly unlikely to cause any problems for the band or the label (Asian Kung-Fu Generation and Ki/oon Records respectively).
3. The image does not inhibit the marketing or promotion of the band.
4. The image is already published, at Amazon.com.
5. The material is relevant to the article Sol-fa, and thus encyclopedic.
6. The image is of a lower resolution than its original.
7. Users are reminded that this image should only be used in the article namespace, and must meet WP:FUC when doing so.
8. The album cover will be used in the article Sol-fa, so it will not be orphaned.
9. This image is properly attributed and tagged.

This image is of a cover of an audio recording, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher of the work or the artist(s) which produced the recording or cover artwork in question. It is believed that the use of low-resolution images of such covers solely to illustrate the audio recording in question, on the English-language Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, qualifies as fair use under the copyright law of the United States.
