English: Ascaris egg, incubation process
The ascaris egg, incubation process consists in placing the egg in a controlled environment, at 26°C during 28 days, in acidic conditions. This process allows to evaluate if an egg is viable or not, by watching the bipartition of the nucleus, and the growth of the larva.
