Español: Tomé esta fotografía en una fiesta costumbrista en Pid Pid, Castro, Chiloé. Así se hace la chochoca tradicionalmente, es una masa en base a papa cruda, cocida y harina, que se cuece con chicharrones pegados al palo, lo que hace que la masa no se pegue a este. después se hace un corte horizontal, se enrolla sobre si misma, y se cortan rodajas al momento de servir.
