Description
English: Photograph of conductor Artur Rodziński with his family after disembarking from their train at Union Station, Los Angeles in May 1929. His first wife, Ilse, is on the left and in the center is his eldest son, Witold. The photograph was taken during the conductor's third trip to Southern California. Original caption is as follows: "The new conductor of the Philharmonic orchestra, his wife and son, Withol [sic], shown upon their arrival in Los Angeles. It is the third visit of the noted director to Southern California."
