English: U.S. Under Secretary of the Army Joseph W. Westphal thanks Chilean Artillerymen for their service during a visit to the Chilean VI Army Division headquarters in Arica, Chile, June 11, 2012. Dr. Westphal participated in the 12th U.S. - Chile Defense Consultative Commission and visited with select Chilean Army units to expand partnership capacity.
