- This book was published by an agency of the Federal Government of the United States.
- The agency which published the book was dissolved in 1947.
- The image is an accurate scan and includes all of the art created for the front cover
- This image is of much lower resolution than the original. It cannot be used for high-resolution printing, and any copies made from it will be of inferior quality.
- Use of this image in the Publishing history section of the article Armed Services Editions adds significantly to the article because it visually identifies aspects of an unusual manufacturing process.
