English: Ardmaddy Castle There has been a castle at Ardmaddy for centuries. In 1620, the existing castle was burned down and was rebuilt by the Campbells in 1671. The present building dates from the 18th and 19th centuries. Nowadays, Ardmaddy is well-known for its attractive gardens.
