Theseservices are accomplished by surveyors, abstractors,lawyers, bankers and public officials all of whom knowtheir business. There are fees to pay and the manpa>s them. When a man builds a building on his lot there isno accounting for his behavior. Some go about itimpetuously, sign contracts on the spur of the mo-ment and suffer from that strange illness which fol-lows a rancid deal.
