Summary

Description
English: Temperatures above reference average values continue to be recorded in the northern hemisphere. According to the latest climate bulletin published by the Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S), April 2023 has been the fourth warmest April globally. In particular, air temperatures were above average for the western Mediterranean basin, with anomalies reaching +4ºC peaks in Spain and Morocco. This image, created using data from the C3S Climate Data Store, shows the Surface Air Temperature Anomaly for April 2023 over the Iberian Peninsula and northwestern Africa.
