Deutsch: Anton von Werner: Kaiserproklamation in Versailles, zweite Fassung 1882 als Wandgemälde für die Ruhmeshalle Berlin. 1944 nach Bombentreffer zerstört. (Vergleiche auch: de:Die Proklamierung des deutschen Kaiserreiches (18. Januar 1871)) Detail: Die Generäle v. Hartmann und v. Blumenthal. Rechts Bundeskanzler Graf Bismarck mit dem Großkreuz des Ordens Pour le Mérite (das ihm aber erst später verliehen wurde!)
English: Crowning of Wilhelm I to Emperor of Germany, in Versailles, by Anton von Werner, second version for the Ruhmeshalle Berlin. Destroyed in WW 2 (as the first version too). Do not confuse with the third version of 1885, a birthday present for Bismarck with some differences. Detail (Third, commonly known version)
