Une monnaie d’une sapèque en bronze de Lê Đại Hành (980-1005) premier empereur de la dynastie des Lê antérieurs ou Nhà Tiền Lê (980-1009). Lê Hoàn, né en 941, est général du Đại Cồ Việt (ancien nom du Vietnam). En 980, il dépose le jeune empereur, Đinh Phê Dé, dont il est le régent et épouse sa mère, Dương Vân Nga. Cette monnaie date de l’ère Thiên Phuc (981-989). A/ Thiên Phuc trâ’n bao (monnaie pacifique de l’ère Thiên Phuc) R/ Lê (nom de la dynastie) Dimension : 24,7 mm Poids : 3,7 g Remarques : D’après F. Thierry, cette monnaie aurait été émise par l’atelier de la capitale Hoa Lu en 984. Le jeune état vietnamien est toujours menacé à cette époque par son puissant voisin chinois. Cet empereur a réussi à repousser une invasion chinoise des Song. Il attaque aussi le royaume du Champa au sud et détruit sa capitale, Indrapura, en 982. La monnaie se lit en croix : haut, bas, droite, gauche. |
