Der Stadt AMSTERDAM.
Agtervolgens het Placcaat von de Ed: Groot: Mog: Heeren Staten von Hollandt en West-Vrieslandt, van den 11. July 1730. naauwkeurig ondersoek gedaan zynde op de volgende Persoonen welke bevonden werden mede pligtig te wesen aan de verfoeyelyke Crimen van Sodomie, en althans Fugityf te zyn, derhalven werden deselve by Openbaren Edicte Gedagvaart, als namentlyk:
Jan Lucas Bowens, Koopman.
Pieter Graver, Koopman.
Reinier van Wiert, Apotheker.
Juriaan Davids, Visdrager
Hendrik van Oort, Vercierder.
Lodewyk Polton, Rotterdammer Schipper.
Claas Weling, Heere-knegt.
Jan Meyer, Porcelyn-verkooper.
Ary van Teems, Timmerman.
Jan de Bruyn, Knegt uyt een Koffy-huis.
Om te kommen in Persoon voor Myn Heeren van de Geregte der Stadt Amsterdam, tegens Dingsdagh den 19. September 1730 's Morgens ten 9. uuren; sullende aan de geene welke daar aan niet zullen voldoen op de derde Edictale Citatio, van 14. dagen tot 14 dagen te doen, uyt name van Haar Ed: Groot Mog: de Heeren Staten van Hollandt en West-Vrieslandt ; het Lad werden ontsegt, op poene van swaarder straffe, zo zy zouden bestaan tegens het Placcaat en tegens de te doene ontsegginge weder te komen in dese Provintie.
Gedaan en Gepubliceert na voorgaaande Klokke-geslag van de Poye van het Stad-huss in Amsterdam, vp Vrydagh den eersten September 1730.
