English: This ammonite ‘fossil cemetery’ provides a good representation of the rare Barremian heteromorph ammonites from the south east of France and contains a large variety of Heteroceras heteromorphs preserved in extremely hard matrix, unusual for this locality, and turned slightly blue due to oxidation.
Species include Heteroceras leenhardthi, H. morienze, H. avrami, H. gonneti , H. elegans, Macroscaphites recticostatus and Barremites difficilis. Size of matrix 400 x 450 mm.
