Source Flag design was reproduced in Long May She Wave: A Graphic History of the American Flag by Kit Hinrichs and Delphine Hirasuna (ISBN 1-58008-240-8), pp. 168-169. Some kind of colored ribbon depicted attached to the flag near its top left in the original source is omitted in this SVG file.
